Dr. Dawson is an expert on the use of gentle, low force adjusting techniques and has added the advanced "arthrostim" adjusting instrament. This devise allows us to deliver a specific, controlled adjustment with precise force. Our patient's responce has been outstanding and many patient's now ask for the "impulse" adjustment.
